Program Overview
This two-week Hematology Training Program at Medipol Mega University Hospital offers international doctors a structured observership and academic exposure in both benign and malignant hematological conditions. Participants will engage in clinical observation, diagnostic procedures, treatment planning, and academic discussions under the supervision of experienced hematologists.

Training Content

Focus Areas – Clinical Hematology and Treatment Exposure:
• Diagnostic evaluation of anemia, thrombocytopenia, leukopenia
• Bone marrow aspiration and biopsy procedures
• Management of leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma
• Coagulation disorders and hemophilia care
• Transfusion medicine and blood product use
• Immune thrombocytopenia and hemolytic anemia
• Monitoring of hematologic malignancies
• Interpretation of peripheral blood smears and marrow pathology
• Use of targeted therapies and chemotherapy protocols
• Multidisciplinary case discussions and hematopathology correlation

Program Activities
• Observation of outpatient consultations and diagnostic workup
• Participation in inpatient rounds
