Participants will observe the diagnosis, treatment, and multidisciplinary management of hematologic and oncologic conditions in children, including advanced procedures such as stem cell transplantation.
The program provides a broad clinical perspective by integrating inpatient, outpatient, and specialized unit experiences within a highly collaborative pediatric setting.

- Inpatient Ward Visits and Patient Management

- Management of Complications in Pediatric Oncology and Transplantation

Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services:
- Blood Transfusion and Apheresis Unit Practices
- Molecular Genetics Laboratory Observations
- Coordination with Pediatric Intensive Care Unit for Critical Cases
