The Pediatric Hematology-Oncology Training Program at Medipol Mega University Hospital offers an intensive two-week observership experience designed for healthcare professionals aiming to enhance their clinical exposure in pediatric blood disorders, malignancies, and stem cell transplantation.

Participants will observe the diagnosis, treatment, and multidisciplinary management of hematologic and oncologic conditions in children, including advanced procedures such as stem cell transplantation.

The program provides a broad clinical perspective by integrating inpatient, outpatient, and specialized unit experiences within a highly collaborative pediatric setting.

• Inpatient Ward Visits and Patient Management

• Management of Complications in Pediatric Oncology and Transplantation

Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services:

• Blood Transfusion and Apheresis Unit Practices
• Molecular Genetics Laboratory Observations
• Coordination with Pediatric Intensive Care Unit for Critical Cases
